WASHINGTON, July 26 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Justice lodged a proposed consent decree July 14, 2026, resolving allegations that Wiregrass Construction Co. Inc., Dothan, Alabama, discharged pollutants without a permit into U.S. waters.
The agreement requires restoration or mitigation of impacted areas and payment of a civil penalty. The department will accept written comments for 30 days after publication.
