WASHINGTON, July 26 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission has opened an investigation into RF microneedling dermatological treatment devices and components accused of infringing four U.S. patents.
The investigation follows a June 22, 2026, complaint filed by Serendia, LLC of Los Angeles, California, under Section 337 of the Tariff Act. Supplements were filed July 6 and 13. The complaint alleges imported and U.S.-sold devices infringe claims of U.S. Patent Nos. 9,320,536; 9,7 . . .
