WASHINGTON, July 26 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission has opened an investigation into adjustable child carriers accused of infringing two U.S. patents for carriers.
The investigation follows a June 22, 2026, complaint filed by The Ergo Baby Carrier, Inc. of Torrance, California, under Section 337 of the Tariff Act. Supplements were filed June 23 and July 8. The complaint alleges imported and U.S.-sold adjustable child carriers infringe claims in U.S. Patent Nos. 10,426, . . .
