WASHINGTON, July 26 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission has opened an investigation into adjustable child carriers accused of infringing two U.S. patents for carriers.
The investigation follows a June 22, 2026, complaint filed by The Ergo Baby Carrier, Inc. of Torrance, California, under Section 337 of the Tariff Act. Supplements were filed June 23 and July 8.
