WASHINGTON, July 24 -- The House Natural Resources Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations and Subcommittee on Indian and Insular Affairs released the following written testimony by David Mittelman, CEO of Othram Inc., Woodlands, Texas, from a July 14, 2026, joint hearing entitled "Innovative Technologies and Initiatives to Tackle the MMIP Crisis in Indian Country."
