WASHINGTON, July 24 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration has proposed establishing Class E airspace at OSF St Elizabeth Medical Center Heliport in Ottawa, Illinois, to support instrument flight rule operations through the development of instrument flight procedures.
The proposed rule would create controlled airspace extending upward from 700 feet above the surface within a 6.8-mile radius of the heliport.
