WASHINGTON, July 24 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Maritime Administration released a final environmental impact statement for the proposed ST Liquefied Natural Gas Deepwater Port project, supporting review of an application to export liquefied natural gas from offshore Matagorda, Texas, to U.S. free-trade agreement and non-free-trade agreement countries.
