WASHINGTON, July 24 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency finalized a rule requiring advance notification before manufacturers or processors begin designated multi-walled carbon nanotube activities nationwide today.

EPA has issued a final rule establishing a significant new use rule under the Toxic Substances Control Act for multi-walled carbon nanotubes, requiring manufacturers and processors to notify the agency at least 90 days before beginning designated activities . . .
