WASHINGTON, July 23 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) rescinds the Guidelines for Eliminating Discrimination and Denial of Services on the Basis of Race, Color, National Origin, Sex, and Handicap in Vocational Education Programs.
