WASHINGTON, July 23 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration has issued a final rule amending standard instrument approach procedures, takeoff minimums and obstacle departure procedures for dozens of airports across the U.S. to reflect changes in the National Airspace System and maintain safe instrument flight operations.
