EPA Proposes New Reporting Rules for 27 Chemical Substances Under Toxic Substances Control Act

WASHINGTON, July 23 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has proposed significant new use rules covering 27 chemical substances that would require manufacturers and processors to notify the agency at least 90 days before beginning designated new activities.
