WASHINGTON, July 23 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has approved revisions to Missouri's State Implementation Plan governing emissions from petroleum liquid storage, loading and transfer operations in the St. Louis metropolitan area, concluding the changes comply with the Clean Air Act while maintaining air quality protections.
The final rule takes effect on August 24, 2026.
