WASHINGTON, July 23 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division has published a proposed final judgment and competitive impact statement for public comment to settle allegations that Edwards Lifesciences Corp., Irvine, California, and Genesis MedTech Group Ltd., Singapore, violated the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act by structuring Edwards' acquisition of JC Medical Inc., Burlingame, California, to avoid federal premerger notification requirements.
