WASHINGTON, July 23 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division said the Undersea Technology Innovation Consortium (UTIC) filed a notice updating the membership of its cooperative research venture under the National Cooperative Research and Production Act.
The filing, dated Jan. 8, 2026, adds 18 members and records 32 withdrawals. Membership in the venture remains open for additional participants.
