WASHINGTON, July 22 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is reviewing its regulations to reduce regulatory burdens and costs. Pursuant to this review, CPSC has identified two rules concerning infant bouncer seats and stationary activity centers that are now obsolete because those products are subject to newer, more comprehensive mandatory safety standards issued by the Commission. This direct final rule removes the obsolete provisions to eliminate unnecessary duplication . . .
