WASHINGTON, July 22 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division published a notice announcing that the Consortium for Rare Earth Technologies updated its membership under the National Cooperative Research and Production Act.
The filing adds 31 organizations as parties to the collaborative research venture. No members withdrew, and no other changes were made to the consortium's planned activities. Membership remains open, and CREaTe said it will continue filing . . .
