WASHINGTON, July 22 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division announced that Canton Foundation, formerly Global Synchronizer Foundation, filed a notification under the National Cooperative Research and Production Act reporting membership changes to its collaborative research venture.
