WASHINGTON, July 22 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security Office of the Secretary has determined that waiving multiple legal requirements is necessary to accelerate construction of barriers and roads along a section of the international border in Arizona, using authority provided under Section 102 of the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996.
