WASHINGTON, July 22 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Reserve System is seeking public comment on an application under the Change in Bank Control Act involving Macon Banctrust Inc., Lafayette, Tennessee.
A group led by Hugh Wayne Clark of Red Boiling Springs, Tennessee, and family members from Lafayette, Tennessee, seeks to retain voting shares of Macon Banctrust Inc. and indirectly retain voting shares of Macon Bank and Trust Company, both in Lafayette.
