WASHINGTON, July 22 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration has withdrawn a proposed rule to establish Class E airspace at Rancho Paraiso Airport in Mountain Home, Texas, after receiving airspace data that changes the proposal's requirements.
The agency said it will reevaluate the information and expects to issue a revised proposed rule supporting instrument procedures under development. Comments are due on July 21, 2026.
