WASHINGTON, July 21 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission has requested public comments on a Section 337 complaint involving imported transformers and related components today.
ITC has received a complaint alleging violations of Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 involving the importation and sale of certain transformers and components thereof and is seeking public comment on whether the requested trade remedies would affect the public interest.
