WASHINGTON, July 21 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce Foreign-Trade Zones Board has received a notification from Pfizer Inc., New York, proposing expanded production activity at its facilities in Kalamazoo and Portage, Michigan, within Subzone 43E.
The proposal would add production of the pharmaceutical intermediate phthalimido lactol using imported 3-phthalimidopropionaldehyde. The imported material may be subject to Section 232 or Section 301 duties, depending on its coun . . .
