WASHINGTON, July 21 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission determined Japanese lattice-boom crawler crane imports injured the U.S. industry through unfairly priced sales practices.
ITC has determined that imports of lattice-boom crawler cranes from Japan materially injured the U.S. industry after the U.S. Department of Commerce found the products were sold in the U.S. at less than fair value.
