WASHINGTON, July 21 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission instituted a patent investigation involving Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM) devices, computing products and multiple technology companies on July 15.
ITC has instituted a Section 337 investigation into allegations that imports of DRAM devices and products containing them infringe patents owned by Netlist Inc. of Irvine, California.
