Governor Kotek Appoints Judge to the Washington County Circuit Court

Salem, OR -Governor Tina Kotek announced today that she will appoint Zohra Bakhtary Tourville to the Washington County Circuit Court. Judge Bakhtary Tourville will fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Theodore Sims. Her appointment is effective immediately.
