WASHINGTON, July 17 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Reserve System is accepting public comments on two applications involving proposed acquisitions of bank holding company voting shares nationwide.
Comments must be received by July 31, 2026, on applications filed under the Change in Bank Control Act.
The applications are: GAH Capital, LLC; GAH Capital Trust; Philip A. Norcross; and Susan D. Hudson to acquire additional voting shares of Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc., Harrisburg, Pennsyl . . .
