WASHINGTON, July 16 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency proposed approving Nebraska's declaration confirming no commercial industrial waste incineration units require Clean Air compliance.
The Environmental Protection Agency has proposed approving Nebraska's negative declaration stating there are no existing Commercial and Industrial Solid Waste Incineration (CISWI) units in the state subject to federal emission guidelines under the Clean Air Act.
