WASHINGTON, July 16 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division has proposed a final judgment that would require Willow Bridge Property Company LLC, Dallas, Texas, to overhaul its use of apartment revenue management software, restrict its use of competitors' confidential rental data, and implement antitrust compliance measures to resolve allegations that it participated in unlawful pricing practices in multifamily housing markets.
