WASHINGTON, July 16 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission determined imports of multifunctional acrylate and methacrylate monomers and oligomers from South Korea injured the U.S. industry materially.
The decision follows the U.S. Department of Commerce's finding that the products were sold in the U.S. at less than fair value. The Commission concluded that dumped imports materially injured the domestic industry, satisfying the requirements for an antidumping duty proceed . . .
