WASHINGTON, July 15 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration delayed until Sept. 21, 2028, enforcement of a shipwreck anchoring prohibition within Lake Ontario sanctuary waters.
