WASHINGTON, July 14 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce Bureau of Industry and Security broadened export privileges for the United Arab Emirates by easing licensing restrictions while maintaining safeguards for sensitive technologies.
BIS issued a final rule that grants the United Arab Emirates enhanced favorable treatment under the Export Administration Regulations by moving the country into a more favorable export control category and expanding access to license exceptions . . .
