WASHINGTON, July 11 (TNSFR) -- Legend Bancorp Inc., Bowie, Texas, has filed an application to acquire Graham Savings Financial Corporation and indirectly acquire Graham Savings and Loan, SSB, both of Graham, Texas, to engage in operating a savings association under Regulation Y.
