WASHINGTON, July 11 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Reserve System is seeking public comment on OppFi Inc., Chicago, Illinois's application to become a bank holding company through acquisition.
OppFi Inc. has applied for approval under the Bank Holding Company Act of 1956 and Regulation Y to become a bank holding company by acquiring BNCCORP, Inc., Bismarck, North Dakota. The transaction would also result in the indirect acquisition of BNC National Bank, Glendale, Arizona.
