WASHINGTON, July 9 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has redesignated part of St. Clair County, Michigan, from nonattainment to attainment for the 2010 1-hour sulfur dioxide National Ambient Air Quality Standard, approving the state's maintenance plan and emission limits for the DTE Belle River Power Plant after determining the area now meets federal air quality requirements.
