TROMSO, Norway, July 3 (TNSxrep) -- The Norwegian Seafood Council issued the following news release:

Geopolitical unrest, currency effects and quota cuts led to a decline in the value of Norwegian seafood exports in the first half of the year

Norway exported seafood worth NOK 84.5 billion in the first half of the year. This represents a decline of NOK 669 million, or 1 per cent, compared with the same period last year.
