WASHINGTON, June 30 -- The White House Office of Management and Budget issued the following statement of administration policy on a concurrent resolution (H.Con.Res. 108) directing the President pursuant to Sec. 5(c) of the War Powers Resolution to remove U.S. armed forces from hostilities in Lebanon.
