WASHINGTON, D.C. -Today, the Bureau of Labor Statistics announced that 57,000 jobs were added in June. The overall unemployment rate dropped slightly to 4.2% in June from 4.3% in May. These job gains were below economists' expectations of around 100,000 jobs.
