WASHINGTON, July 2 (TNSFR) -- The Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued a direct final rule updating the approval for NAC International Inc.'s, Peachtree Corners, Georgia, MAGNASTOR spent nuclear fuel storage system, adding Amendment Nos. 16 and 17 to Certificate of Compliance No. 1031 while revising earlier amendments to reflect design updates and technical corrections.
