WASHINGTON, July 2 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration has issued special conditions for an AMAC Aerospace-modified Boeing 747-8, establishing additional safety standards for side-facing passenger seats that are not fully addressed under existing airworthiness regulations.
