WASHINGTON, July 1 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration issued a rule updating Standard Instrument Approach Procedures, Takeoff Minimums and Obstacle Departure Procedures for dozens of airports across the U.S., reflecting changes to navigation infrastructure, air traffic requirements and obstacle assessments that affect instrument flight operations.
