WASHINGTON, July 1 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Defense Department Defense Acquisition Regulations System has proposed changes to its acquisition regulations that would require U.S.-made American flags purchased by the military to meet stricter domestic sourcing standards at much lower purchase thresholds, while also tightening restrictions on seafood sold through military commissaries.
