WASHINGTON, July 1 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce International Trade Administration has determined that ending the countervailing duty order on phosphate fertilizers from Russia would likely result in the continuation or recurrence of subsidized imports, preserving duties on the products following the expedited first five-year sunset review.
