WASHINGTON, June 30 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Reserve System is seeking public comment on applications involving ownership changes at banking organizations in Florida and Guam under the Change in Bank Control Act.
The agency published a notice announcing applications to acquire or retain voting shares of bank holding companies and their subsidiary banks. Interested parties have until July 14, 2026, to submit comments to the appropriate Federal Reserve Bank or the Board of Governors.
