FAA Proposes Airbus Canada A220 Harness Modification to Reduce Fire Risk

WASHINGTON, June 30 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration has proposed an airworthiness directive requiring modifications to hydraulic motor pump harness installations on Airbus Canada A220 airplanes after assembly inspections uncovered inadequate clearance that could create an ignition source and increase fire risk.
