WASHINGTON, June 30 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce International Trade Administration has determined that revoking the countervailing duty order on silicon metal from Kazakhstan would likely result in the continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies, maintaining duty rates of 160.00% for the reviewed exporters and all other producers.
