WASHINGTON, June 30 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce International Trade Administration published a monthly notice identifying scope ruling applications filed during April 2026.
The notice lists requests asking ITA to determine whether specific imported products fall within the scope of existing antidumping duty and countervailing duty orders. The agency emphasized that publication of the list does not mean scope inquiries have been initiated.
