WASHINGTON, June 30 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of the Interior Bureau of Indian Affairs approved the leasing ordinance of the Cachil DeHe Band of Wintun Indians of the Colusa Indian Community of the Colusa Rancheria, California, under the Helping Expedite and Advance Responsible Tribal Homeownership Act, allowing the tribe to enter into qualifying leases without further approval from the Secretary of the Interior.
