WASHINGTON, June 30 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency amended federal air quality regulations to recognize Oklahoma's certification that no existing incinerators covered by three federal emission guideline programs operate within the state's jurisdiction, eliminating the need for state implementation plans for those source categories while updating the Code of Federal Regulations. The rule takes effect July 27.
