WASHINGTON, June 30 (TNSFR) -- Rio Grande LNG Train 6 LLC has applied to the U.S. Department of Energy for long-term authorization to export liquefied natural gas to countries that do not have free trade agreements with the U.S., according to a notice published in the Federal Register.
