WASHINGTON, June 27 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has granted Palisades Energy LLC, Houston, Texas, a one-time exemption from portions of federal work hour regulations, allowing the Palisades Nuclear Plant in Michigan to continue operating under less restrictive outage scheduling requirements until nine calendar days before the plant begins loading fuel into its reactor.
