WASHINGTON, June 27 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Labor Mine Safety and Health Administration has published a notice seeking public comment on a petition from Paramont Contura LLC, Norton, Virginia, requesting permission to use an alternative method for mining through plugged gas wells at its Deep Mine 46 operation in Virginia.
